Side by Side has built up an enviable reputation within the Warwickshire and West Midlands community. Our shows attract support from many Mayors, Sheriffs, councillors and MPs from many areas, including: Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, Alcester and Southam.

In 1999 the group’s achievements were formally recognized when Sue Teers, the founding member and Artistic Director, was honored with an MBE, an award she wanted to share with the whole company.

Support from and with other organisations:
In 2010 Side By Side received a grant towards purchasing much needed sound equipment to help develop and demonstrate the skills of our members.

From the very beginning the Talisman Theatre in Kenilworth has been our main supporter. Its members have been key partners in ensuring the success of the company, providing support with music, dance and general fund-raising activities.

Since we moved our shows to the Royal Spa Centre we have also received invaluable support from Warwick Lions. They have provided financial and front of house support for our shows.
